All our instruments fine with Snow Leopard. However, there is one issue with the release version of Snow Leopard and impOSCar version 1.10 which will cause a crash - turning the Edit Mode Knob to one of the User Wave Modes.
A fix in version 1.11 has now been uploaded

Q. When using the impOSCar VST in FL Studio 8, the note velocity control seems to be inverted, ie, a high velocity will be almost silent, and a low velocity will be loud.
A. It seems that FL doesn't like CC36 and by simply re-assigning the Filter>Drive knob (or any other affected knob) to a different CC number will cure this

The latest versions of impOSCar have dedicated Load and Save buttons for this. Older versions can load FXPs and FXBs simply by dragging and dropping the files directly onto the GUI.
Alternatively, if you use Cubase you can use the Load and Save Instrument functions there.

Yes. Locate the impOSCar.sup file on your computer (On Mac this file is named "com.gmediamusic.impOSCarVST.sup") and open it in a text editor.
Where you see the {Edit Mode}{Keyboard} string, you can change this to read {Minimal}
Save the file and the next time you launch the instrument you will see the new setting.

FLStudio has it's own way of dealing with 3rd party plugins. You have to make use of a feature called "browse parameters" in the plugins window. Then right-click the parameter you want to link to a controller and choose "link to controller".
Once you've done this, move the controller and all works like it should.

These contain the different banks of sounds that you can load into the impOSCar.
- aupresets are used by Logic and can be selected via the Save Settings menu above the instrument.
- fxbs are banks and are used in most host applications such as Cubase.
- fxps are presets and as per fxbs are used in many host applications
The latest versions of impOSCar automatically place these files in the appropriate places but if you have a version that installs them to the desktop you can place them in the following locations.
aupresets - HD/Library/Application Support/Logic/Plug-In Settings/impOSCar
fxbs & fxps - can be installed anywhere but we recommend User/Library/Application Support/GForce/impOSCar
